Replacing the boiler on an existing fossil fuel steam unit with a combustion turbine and heat recovery steam generator and reusing the steam turbine and heat rejection system.

Adding a heat recovery steam generator to a simple cycle combustion turbine.

Demolishing or abandoning an existing power generation unit and replacing it with a new power generation unit at the same site.

Definitions.
Except as otherwise provided, in this chapter:

âDepartmentâ means the department of natural resources.

âFoam polystyrene packagingâ means packaging made primarily from foam polystyrene that satisfies one of the following criteria:

Is designed for serving food or beverages.

Consists of loose particles intended to fill space and cushion the packaged article in a shipping container.

(c)
Consists of rigid materials shaped to hold and cushion the packaged article in a shipping container.

âLand spreading facilityâ means a solid waste disposal facility in which solid waste is placed in thin layers onto the surface of the land or incorporated into the surface layers of the soil.

âMajor applianceâ means a residential or commercial air conditioner, clothes dryer, clothes washer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, furnace, boiler, dehumidifier, water heater or stove.

âMunicipalityâ means a city, village or town.

âPersonâ includes any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association, local governmental unit, as defined in s.
